The O3 membership is a recurring subscription (not one-off). Refunds are not available for unused time, missed visits, or retroactive cancellations. Membership is an access pass - once a billing period begins, the charge stands regardless of usage. Members can cancel in-app at any time before their next billing date to avoid future charges.
*24/7 access available: Newmarket (AKL) and Brunswick (MEL). Southbank (MEL) is staffed hours: 10am - 9pm. Newtown (SYD) is available after-hours 9pm - 2am, 24/7 for all is coming soon.

Loved the open space, decor and lighting! Bonus with a cafe on site. Such a nice atmosphere to study with friends. It is a members only space, once you sign up you can study to earn (o-coins) to keep you motivated and redeem them for drinks and food at their on-site cafe.

SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE COOLEST CAFES EVER. my friends and i came here thinking that the front area was it (btw we had no idea what O3 was) but we knew it was ghibli themed. then i walked inside the cute train display and it was like walking into a harry potter tent cause there was this HUGE warehouse, interior, sitting area with so many sitting areas, tables, charging ports, and beanbags. the drinks were als super yummy, ESPECIALLY the mango coconut smoothie and we literally chilled there for 2 hours (you can sign up on their app to stay for 3 free hours per week)

One of the best study cafes I’ve been to!! The overall atmosphere is aesthetic and cozy. Bonus points the staff there are super welcoming, friendly and make great drinks. Wifi is pretty smooth, not too much Loud noises and chatter. Perfect place to get work done.

Such an ingenious design, merging indoors and outdoors into one space for a quiet study cafe! Lovely use of space to create an inspiring concept. Lots of tables and chairs to study, chat or play a game of chess, read, or just enjoy a cuppa.

The study cafe (O3) is cool because everyone is doing it together; it’s not like you’re doing it alone. Anyone can also do anything here, I saw people making bracelets and knitting too.

One of the best places to work/study from in Auckland. Clean and great vibes. Being open 24/7 at this price point, I don’t think anything beats it. Even when it gets busy there’s always seating available.

Have been coming here during exam season and can say the atmosphere of this place is super cosy and has greatly helped with the way I study! Food and drink options are great, with the convenience store having a great variety of options to choose from. The subscription options are worth it and highly recommend to anyone in search of a new study space!
